Alycia Abler

Alycia handles the operational side of Endure: entity administration, engagement tracking, compliance documentation, and the coordination systems that keep work from slipping between diagnosis and delivery. Her instinct is to find where a process is exposed before anything else moves forward, which makes her well suited to the kind of coordination a multi-domain practice requires. Her role continues to expand as the practice grows.

Her professional background is in trauma project management and clinical research in the Upper Midwest, where she has coordinated complex workflows across clinicians, regulatory requirements, and institutional compliance structures. She holds a biology degree with a chemistry minor from the University of Northwestern in St. Paul, graduated with Honors distinction and a 3.96 GPA, and is bilingual in English and Spanish after a full-immersion semester in Spain, ongoing study, and recurring travel across Latin America.

She has a history of stepping into the organizational side of things, from campus leadership and research coordination to community work in Fargo, where she is active in Strong Towns and a member of the Congress for the New Urbanism. Her time in Spain and Latin America also gave her direct exposure to how different cities organize themselves at the street level, and that same inclination toward coordination and follow-through shapes the operational side of Endure.
